I keep getting a bill that I don't owe and no one returns my calls or emails
This is the best dentist office I've ever been to, and I've been to quite a few. Everyone I've interacted with during my visits-- dentist, technicians, reception, everyone-- has been personable, understanding, kind, and (best of all) extremely capable. I've been to some offices that are friendly, but inefficient or even incompetent. And I've been to some offices where the employees are clearly experienced, but they make you feel terrible just for being there. My insurance was ending but confirmed active and I was denied service because they didn’t think they would get paid. Even with active insurance (fax in hand) I would have had to pay the full amount out of pocket. Disgraceful behavior. Would not recommend this dentist for multiple reasons: 1. Pushed unnecessary alignment treatments with deals, even when showing no interest and is vague about full cost 2. I have been to many, many dentists and Barre Dental Group has been the best dentistry I have ever been to. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!
