Barre is amazing! Everyone needs to try it. I’ve worked muscles I didn’t even know I had. It’s like an accelerated physical therapy. I’ve had back, wrist and knee pain for so long. It helps me strength train so I can avoid knee, wrist & back injections. It’s so much more of a healthy approach for me and my wellbeing.

Just took my first Barre class - and I was absolutely blown away. My class was with Alice (normally at downtown studio) and she was incredible. So motivating and really gave a great workout. With it being my first class, there was alot I couldn't do. She instantly offered modifications so I could still feel connected with the class instead of just sitting there. I left sweating and feeling great!! Will definitely be back!
