Barre 3 has the best barre classes in buffalo. The studios are beautiful, the staff is amazing, and the community there brightens my day. The routines are designed to get a full body awesome workout, while also staying mindful and taking what you need for your body. My favorite part is that we end class off stretching and focusing on breath work.
