I am really enjoying the Barre 3 studio! The classes are challenging and well organized. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Great first class. Lindsey did a great job with modifications and support. Loved the breath work after class to center myself. Will definitely be back.
As a beginner, this class was fun and friendly for all levels. Our instructor went around the room offering modifications and made sure to tell you when you were doing moves right. I’ll definitely be back!
Love Barre3! I’ve taken classes with Alice, Kelsey, and Alaina. All three are fantastic! I love that they give modifications. There’s something there for everyone.
