Barre3 has become an absolute staple for me! I don’t like working out but barre3 has become a must in my routine. I love that they meet you where you are, you can have a day where you’re not feeling great and they’ll offer modifications or if you want to push yourself the instructors will cheer you on. I am really enjoying the Barre 3 studio! The classes are challenging and well organized. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
Great first class. Lindsey did a great job with modifications and support. Loved the breath work after class to center myself. Will definitely be back.
