Barre Body Studio has the best barre classes in Calgary, by far. The classes are safe for all fitness levels and yet so challenging, which makes for a fantastic workout. The On Demand classes are amazing as well. I am so thankful for this studio.
I love this Barre Studio on Demand classes online. I have been doing these workout since March, and if you haven't tried Barre before, give it a shot. This studio has a perfect mix to transition someone who is new to expert, and it's easily accessible. They also have a great online social precense, so if your stuck at home and worried to leave you can still have some connection.
Started in the middle of January and loving it 😊
