I'm so happy to have found Barre Body, the Bow Trail location always felt so welcoming! I was blown away by how quickly they transitioned into offering online classes and continuing to provide an active outlet from home!
I came for my first barre class here and it was an amazing experience and a great workout!! Everyone was super welcoming, the staff, the instructor and the others in the class. The studio and building are really nice. I am looking forward to coming back for another class. 100% will recommend this to others.
