I’ve been working out for several months at Barre Body Pilates in Calabasas and absolutely love their workouts and the results. All the instructors are awesome and really mix it up and keep it interesting and fun. There is lots to choose from….Barre work, Pilates, Body Changer-Circuit Training, Fire classes for cardio and Flow workouts for strength and flexibly. I LOVE to workout and have tried many different studios however, I have finally found my "home"! I would highly recommend this studio that provides a complete body workout and is challenging and different every time you show up! I have been taking classes up to 4 times a week and can see a big change in my body...very exciting and empowering. You must try out the studio you will have no regrets..promise! I

The best workout in the area hands down! Jasmine is informed, and in-tune with all levels of fitness. She takes into consideration any injuries, and taylors the workout to you, without compromising your ability to get in great shape. She plays great music and is never boring. She always brings her "A" game to class. There is really no need to try the rest, as she is the best that is out there at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for?
