I absolutely love these classes. They make me feel so alive. Even as someone who trains regularly at the gym and stays active, these workouts still manage to target muscles I never even knew existed. Special shoutout to Lisa. I love all the instructors but her classes are something else. YES WE CAN!! I have taken 31 classes to this date of the review. Barre Belle has totally exceeded my expectations! All of the instructors are welcoming and very knowledgeable. I've really enjoyed taking morning classes, the instructors really know how to keep the vibes positive and cheerful, its such a wonderful way to start my day. I find the classes to be very fun because you do rhythmic moves to the beat of the music, it can get intense at times but overall they are beginner do-able.
