It was a welcoming atmosphere and a great workout. It was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. The instructor provided clear instructions and opportunities to modify if needed.
I absolutely love everything about this studio. The owner is amazing, the studio is beautiful and so clean, the front desk staff is super friendly and the workout is amazing! I've been looking for the right fit for me to get back into working out and I haven found it here!! I'm so happy!
