More negative than positive here. Food is decent, but other things overshadow the dining experience. The chairs and barstools are hard wood, and after awhile your rear end is suffering and in need for more comfort, so uncomfortable that you are aware of it during your visit. Also, a TV in bar if you want to watch sports but when I was there nobody knew how to use the remote control. Fui a comer con amigos un lugar verdaderamente completo, la carta de fondos y entradas super recomendable y las bebidas no defraudaron. Soy peruana y de todas maneras recomiendo este lugar es lo mas parecido a comer en Perú. 100% recomendado
I think ceviche for it's size, I think it was way overpriced. I ordered short ribs and when then when they brought it, it was very hard to chew 2pc meat of beef with no bones. Never had a short ribs like that.
I had a great experience overall at Barranco. The salmon was excellent — perfectly cooked and well-balanced with its sides. Easily a 5-star dish. We also ordered two appetizers. The fried shrimp were outstanding — crispy, flavorful, and well-portioned. Although a bit pricey, the quality and balance of protein and sides made it worth it.
