I’m excited to end my insurance services with this group. I received a final notice for payment much to my confusion since I had just made one. I call the Murrieta office, speak to a gentleman who tells me to ignore it since I am all up to date. Fast forward to 3 months later I have now received a notice from a collections agency for the same amount I had called about and was told all was paid and up to date.
