Eduardo and Jamie were great! We called Jamie about a toilet clog at the office, and he got Eduardo out here quickly and got us taken care of immediately.
Horrendous experience, I'd give zero stars if I could. They left garbage all over my garage and didn't take the old hot water heater with them and likely have no intention of ever taking it. The "itemized bill" had no price break down and was just a summary of work with what could be a random price at the bottom for all I know. Buyer beware.
I had a leak in my front yard and had to cut off the water at the street. I called Jamie and he came out first thing the next morning. He had to dig down and find the leak and make the repair. After the repair still no water. So Jamie came back for 3 days straight until the problem was corrected. And then the price for the amount of time and work was very reasonable.
