Absolutely LOVE BARRAfit! This place has really helped me tap in to my inner warrior (we ALL have one BTW). The coaches are masters of this art, they are highly skilled, and it shows! They make everything look so easy (it's not) haha! They are very motivating, encouraging, and they make the work outs so much fun! The work outs change every week, so you'll never get bored. Was in town for a business trip and tried their Combat class with Flavio. Fun class! Tough but doable. Clean facility. Will return next time I’m in town.
If you want to up your exercise game, then Barra Fit is the place for you…their program will challenge you to push yourself, you will see & feel the results! The Coaches & staff are all highly skilled & trained in what they do to help you individualize a unique program specifically for you😊
Was not sure how I would like it at first because I was not in shape whatsoever. However, the welcoming and encouraging staff and members made me feel at ease for starting and meeting myself where I am at. They made me feel accepted and encouraged me to build on my strength from where I am with realistic expectations. I never once felt pressured to do a better version of me.
