Terrible company. Lies to customers to get sales. Products do not work as advertised. Avoid!
Beware if you regularly communicate with companies who use Barracuda Networks mail filtering. The end user systems definitely see when the new domains are added to the RBL. They do not, however, get the updates when a domain is cleared from the Barracuda RBL. These systems continue to block the domain until the end user admins whitelist that once blacklisted domain. I recommend using a Mimecast or Microsoft ATP or some other products. Barracuda is a constant headache for end user system admins
JOB SEEKERS BEWARE! If you are trying to start a career in Tech Support with Barracuda Networks, be careful because, the pay is below what some fast food chains pay. In the Bay Area it can be hard to get by with less than 50k p/year. With the tremendous growth that Barracuda has every year you think they could afford to pay the front line of their business more.
