Visited dr nasrin and had a horrible experience. The appointment was less than ten minutes and it felt like she didn’t take my concerns about my health seriously at all. She was very snappy and rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable especially given how nervous I already was to talk about my health concerns. My dad was waiting in the car to take me home and once I left the appointment he said “Is everything okay? That was really quick”. Terrible experience when taking my son to this clinic. Saw one doctor initially for my son who has been having circulation issues to him hands (not related to the weather), which has been getting worse lately. The doctor was not interested at all but referred him for some basic blood test. Didn’t ask any questions during the consultation and seemed so uninterested. Consult was 2 mins (mainly waiting for him to print the blood referral). When going back for the results of the bloods we saw other doctor who was more uninterest... read more

Went to get stitches out as advise by hospital and the female Indian doctor said she can't take them out and that the nurse needs to do it why is she a doctor then if she can't take stitches out and I bet Medicare will be charged for that
We are so fortunate to have this bulk billing clinic in Highton. The clinic is organised and clean, and the staff are fantastic. Dr Nasrin is extremely knowledgeable and a really excellent doctor.
