I am deeply disappointed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of Dr. Richard Barr's secretary. I recently called the office to schedule a surgery date for a very painful and uncomfortable condition and was met with hostility and uncooperative behavior from his secretary. Double cheers to Dr Barr for consistently caring for the needs of his patients and to his receptionist for always being helpfull when I call into the office. Even moreso when they have to navigate patient care through the covid roadblocks.

Dr. Barr was absolutely wonderful in dealing with my 84 year old mother who required surgery due to uterine cancer. He was kind, patient and compassionate when speaking with us and definitely made her feel more at ease about her procedure. His office assistant, Amanda is a gem, always returning our calls and answering any questions in a very pleasant and timely manner. Thanks so much to both of you!
