We were recently injured in an accident and when I contacted the insurance company of the person who hit us, I was disappointed in what their offer was for a settlement. I called Barr and Mudford and met with Catie Barr. The information she gave us was staggering because of how little I knew about insurance. We received our settlement check today and to say we are very appreciative of Catie, is an understatement. I simply do not possess the vocabulary to truly express how grateful we are. I had just lost my husband a few months before I was in a hit-and-run accident. My car was totaled. I was pretty banged up nothing serious but pretty banged up. Never trust this organization. They took a case, waited until it was too late, and then told me they couldn't take the case because they were friends with the person I was seeking to sue. They caused my case to run out of time by doing this, and I'm certain it was done in purpose. They are not trustworthy. Beware.
