Just picked up a 6pc Teak Patio set. The sales counter was super helpful and the warehouse guys loaded up my truck. Everything was smooth and quick. My wife and I love the patio set!

I ordered a Slatwall Rotating Tower for my own personal use (I do not have a store).and was VERY pleased with the service I got from Barr. I ordered Slatwall Hooks at the same time. I later needed more Hooks so I placed another order with them. I have no complaints with either order. Two of the Hooks were bent in my first order and I didn’t bother to tell them until I was placing my second order for more and I mentioned it. Worst Service Ever. This company can not be relied upon. Ordered a display case and a register stand two months ago. We were told that there were delays. We were told one piece arrived in port about about 2 weeks ago and was to be in our hands within a week. Called today, both pieces are not available for another two months. We cancelled our orders and requested a refund since the one piece was probable sent to someone else. Really screwed up our store opening.

Worst company ever. Placed an order for 4 display tables on 01/18 to be delivered to thier nashville facilities in 2 week from order then the delivery was delayed to 02/12 due to delays from China. According to them the container from China arrived on 02/08 and they were suppose to ship my order to nashville on the 10th so I can pick it up on the 12th. They failed to do so. Recent experience 9/9/2020. Ordered almost 1k in fixtures from this vendor. Took a week to ship to warehouse near me for pickup. When I went to do the pickup their partner warehouse was rude and nasty and contradicted everything the main office told me. After receiving products and taking back to my location to build we noticed we were shorted an entire showcase jewel display.
