I just came from a hearing at the Westport CT Planning and Zoning Commission where Mr. Barr proposed placing non-conforming high density housing in a purely single family residential neighborhood. Mr. Barr mislead his clients and worked against his clients neighbors by introducing a neighborhood destroying rezoning proposal.
