Extremely disappointed with this mob. We booked our VW Amarok for 30k service only to be told on the day their computers were down. It would have been handy for a call prior so other arrangements would be made. Slack service. Avoid.
Peter Vanson was excellent to deal with and made everything so easy. I am located in QLD so Peter handled all of the arrangements for my new car to be transported here. It also arrived ahead of time which was a bonus. The Business Manager, Andrew Peel, was also very efficient and great to deal with. Thanks so much team, I absolutely love my new T-Roc!
Despite a hiccup with the booking, the team at Barossa Volkswagen were absolute legends. They found a way to get the job done under pressure, communicated clearly, and even dropped the van back to our accommodation when it was done. They went above and beyond and made us feel completely looked after. Outstanding service!
