We had our car serviced here about a year ago and the service was very poor but wasnt bad enough for me to feel it necessary a review at the time.HOWEVER, we had the car break down on us recently and just had a mobile mechanic out to look at it. Turns out the oil filter was cross threaded which caused oil leaks….. so either barossa vw broke it OR it was broken previously and they never actually did our service properly. Very disappointing.
I don’t normally like posting these reviews, but the service department is terrible! Sales team were great when we bought this vehicle, but if you use Barossa Volkswagen to purchase, I would service elsewhere! At the first service, the vehicle was scratched whilst in their possession, but they denied any responsibility as the vehicle was “very dirty” when we dropped it off and we must not have noticed the scratch - the car had been washed the day prior to service and was spotless! Extremely disappointed with this mob. We booked our VW Amarok for 30k service only to be told on the day their computers were down. It would have been handy for a call prior so other arrangements would be made. Slack service. Avoid.
