Amazing staff who genuinely care for your pup, my dachshund always gets extra love and pats from the staff every time and got special attention with extra cuddles when he got desexed, because he was upset in the cage after the surgery, just knowing he got the love and cuddles we give him meant the world to us. The staff are great for just giving over the phone advice without having to come in. Also love the text message reminders for worming tablets and immunisations. Highly recommend!
After my little Chihuahua became distressed and uncomfortable with multiple lumps appearing on his head, neck and shoulders the Barossa Veterinary Service Customer Care Team found an early appt with their Lead Surgeon who diagnosed and treated him with care and understanding on the day despite him being a very difficult patient to handle throughout his entire life. Wonderful gentle skilled Veterinary Surgeon and friendly helpful Customer Team ladies. Thank You for all your care!
Staff are always very friendly and helpful. We have had to use their after hours service a couple of times too and they have always been very professional but caring with our dogs. I would highly recommend BVS to anyone.
