We had to take our little miniature dachshund, Archie, to Barossa Vet over the long weekend after he had a bit too much puppy fun and ate the wrong thing! The after-hours phone was answered promptly, and the vet met us at the clinic very quickly despite it being a public holiday. Dr Saul was incredibly kind, compassionate, and thorough, taking great care of Archie during what was a stressful situation for us. Great experience, Catherine came in after hours to help with our dogs being sick. She explained all the different methods of treatment, the pros and cons of each and helped us work out the best options for us and our dogs. Could not recommend highly enough. Cheers
Amazing staff who genuinely care for your pup, my dachshund always gets extra love and pats from the staff every time and got special attention with extra cuddles when he got desexed, because he was upset in the crate after the surgery, just knowing he got the love and cuddles we give him meant the world to us. The staff are great for just giving over the phone advice without having to come in. Also love the text message reminders for worming tablets and immunisations. Highly recommend!
Travelling thru Nurioopta and had a bit of a dog drama over a ball at the oval. The vet practice was so helpful and calm and fitted me in late in the day. Very happy with the service from the first phone call to leaving an hour later I can’t fault them.
