I can recommend the new car department at Barossa Toyota. Jason and Jamie were friendly, helpful, patient and spent the time with me, which had not always been my experience at other caryards if walking in without my husband. (for example- weeks before I had walked around at one for half an hour in the sun, but no one said Hello or gave me a wave to acknowledge I was there, so went away) Jamie was honest about being new at the dealership, but still worked to find answers & was polite and personable. Great team at Barossa Toyota took my wife’s Rav 4 in for a service and was impressed with fantastic customer service.
Have noticed a massive drop in service quality since Kittle have taken over. Incorrect part put in at service causing warning lights on the dash and not everything done as per logbook as requested and paid for. Very poor. Will be going else where for servicing now.
Just an altogether great experience thanks Jason and Paul.
