Perfect service experience from booking, drop off, runabout car, information throughout, right through to pickup and even the little chocolates. This is what customer service looks like. I would absolutely recommend.
As a loyal customer of ten years I had no problems, until I put an order in for a new vehicle. Unfortunately I had to cancel this order, I was hoping for a partial refund of my deposit, but that was not to be, the dealer is legally entitled to keep the full deposit, which they did.
