As a loyal customer of ten years I had no problems, until I put an order in for a new vehicle. Unfortunately I had to cancel this order, I was hoping for a partial refund of my deposit, but that was not to be, the dealer is legally entitled to keep the full deposit, which they did. My sons car experienced a fuel issue through no fault of Toyota yet Tracey and team sent a tech to our home on a Saturday to check and remedy the situation. I recently visited Barossa Valley Toyota in Tanunda for a car service, and it was hands-down the best experience I’ve had. The team managed to book me in at short notice, which I really appreciated. Even though I travelled two hours to get there, it was absolutely worth it. The staff were friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the service. He 100% took care of our car buying experience from the 1st phone call to handing over the keys to our new car & the beautiful wine and snacks hamper to take home! Hands down, best buying experience. We were travelling through the Barossa for a couple of days and on our way there the fuel filter maintenance warning light came on. I contacted the service department on Sunday night via their online portal, asking if there was a chance of replacement before our departure 36 hours later. I received a call at around 10am on the Monday advising that yes, they could help! 3pm book-in, arrived 30 minutes early, all done by 310pm.
