Absolute legends! I managed to completely drain my car battery in Tanunda by accidentally leaving my headlights on, and I was completely stuck. I contacted Barossa Valley Collision, and they went above and beyond to help me out. The receptionist was super lovely and understanding, and the boss personally drove out to where I was parked to jump-start my car. To top it all off, they refused to take a single cent for it! So happy with these guys. The speed that my van was booked in and the repair turnaround was so fast. I live south of Adelaide and for various reasons I had to book in in the Barossa. After the experience I had with these guys, if I ever needed repairs again I’d still drive all the way to the Barossa for the repairs. Excellent customer service too.
First class service, all the work done was of amazing quality. Alex went above and beyond and I could not be happier with the whole experience. The car looks so good I can't stop looking at it.
