This group has removed trees for me 4 times since 2003 at Mt Pleasant very well and efficiently (and I always paid immediately) but now they won't even answer the phone or return my text or calls. Have they gone out of business? Too busy but too rude to respond? No manners since change of ownership? So - eventually he answered the phone and sent a guy out to have a look at the job I wanted done - about a day's work. Very disappointing. A poorly run business which lacks any form of professionalism or communication. We were told on numerous occasions they would be on-site to commence work on certain dates which they failed to arrive without any notification and would not answer our phone calls when we called to follow up where they were.
