12 yrs ago bought our vf SS commodore from Ben at Gawler Steinborner. Recently the power steering system warning came up so called my local GM dealer in an effort to have it fixed due to the recall issue documented on Holden websites. “Can’t help you” was the response. Last ditch effort called Ben, now at Barossa Mazda and he and his team did their magic. Ended up having the faulty steering rack and motor replaced at no cost. Great coffee and tasty food, original combinations
The team as a whole were welcoming and the atmosphere was relaxed throughout the process. Excellent communication both within the dealership and via phone and email made for a smooth transition into my new vehicle. Attention to detail on the day of delivery was also impressive.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. My car was washed which I really appreciated. Thank you Barossa Mazda staff. Will see you at the next service. Regards Marie
