Took car in for service. Left it there all day. Went to pick up at 4.45pm only to be told they haven’t done it yet due to someone going home sick. Fair enough but got no phone call or anything to say what had happened. Lack of communication on their behalf.

Bought a used car from Kia. Experience was amazing, very good price on this old Toyota. The mechanic Jasper was very good and sorted out my wheel bearing issue and leaking diff very quickly. Great company to deal with, highly recommend.

Another disappointing experience from this dealership. Without my car for a week and problem still not fixed. Im a mechanic and diagnosed the problem. Another workshop (where we bought the car from) agree with the diagnosis. Vehicle is under new car warranty. One minute they say we can feel the problem. As soon as they find out it’s a warranty problem “oh sorry we can’t find anything wrong” so you can’t see the obvious leak that’s there and can’t feel the shudder everyone else can feel??? had bad dealings with this car yard ... read more

Gone from 2 stars to 1. Emailed as i wanted towbar and camera done same day as servicing. No response. Rang and had car booked in for service, was told manager would ring me to organise the rest. No phone call. Came in for service, was told 3 hours, was 4. 2nd time personal chatting was more important than customer service.
