Had my car booked in for warranty work for the headlights. I wasn’t aware Kia had moved their service department to Tanunda, even after speaking to Ashlee via email and phone after they supposedly moved to new location. Parked in the front carpark which is very tight. Not very well signed posted for Kia service department and had a staff help me find the entrance. My husband and I had a very good experience purchasing a new car from Barossa Auto Group in Nuriootpa. Bianca Davis was thorough and knowledgeable, delivering above and beyond service. Highly recommend.
Booked my Ford in for a service 3 weeks prior, booking a hire car along with it. When I arrived they didn’t have a hire car for me, it was pouring with rain and I had my 3 year old with me. All they offered was a voucher for a crummy cafe next door valued at no more than $12, a shitty sorry for the inconvenience and a 4 hour wait time to walk around and entertain the child. It’s rare to come across service that is not only professional, but genuinely proactive and customer focused. My are currently travelling around Australia and require a75,000km service from Barossa Ford. Today, Janise went above and beyond coordinating additions to the service, which was a tremendous help while we’re on the road.
