It’s rare to come across service that is not only professional, but genuinely proactive and customer focused. My are currently travelling around Australia and require a75,000km service from Barossa Ford. Today, Janise went above and beyond coordinating additions to the service, which was a tremendous help while we’re on the road. Had a phone call today from the service department trying to solicit service for my vehicles (we have 6 Volkswagen in my family) I said that we have our vehicles serviced elsewhere and the girl told me that having them serviced by a non genuine qualified service operator would void the warranty on my vehicles This is a blatant lie and the company can be liable for false information to customers How many customers have taken this information and paid the unnecessary high price for service thinking they have to use the Volkswa... read more
