Location, great, 10 min walk into surfers paradise, 2 mins to the beach front. Staff, great, super friendly . Pool and spa was lovely too, added bonus was the car space. Views from the apartment - exceptional! absolutely beautiful . Clean and tidy unit too which was nice. Went for a holiday with the family and got an ocean view apartment which I thought would be safe for my 16month old and 6 year old but I was wrong. The rooms are like a hot box as they only have fans and the aircon in lounge does not cool the bedrooms down. Parts of the tiled floors in dining room are so slippery my children have sipped over multiple times one child left with bruises on legs and my 16month old son hitting the back of his head and back. I am currently staying here on the with my partner and two young children. I had booked 5 nights and spent first night here in below liveable standards. The apartment we stayed in was a huge disappointment and nothing like the pictures advertised. It was old, with bathrooms desperately in need of renovation. The dining table only accommodated four people, even though we were a family of five. Shelves were dusty, and no toiletries were provided except for toilet rolls. The bedrooms lacked air conditioning, with only one unit in the living room, making it very uncomfortable.
