Mr. Kauffman was very rude and beyond unprofessional.
Mr. Kauffman is a crook. He took our money, never provided us any statements during the time we retained him. He messed up our papers so many times and charged us for his mess-ups. When asked to terminate and receive our hard earned money back he said, "No, you aren't getting anything from me". I had to hire a new attorney ASAP because Mr. Kauffman not only did not respond timely to court papers, he didn't even let me know he received them. They had a 21 day deadline and weren't even mailed to me until 4 days after he receiv... read more
