Soon after I had gotten engaged, I couldn't wait to start shopping for my perfect dress. I had been warned by many people to avoid Baroness but I decided to give them a shot anyways. Let me tell you - the warnings proved to be true. If I could give a ZERO star rating I would. We had a 10am appointment there today and we arrived and the store was locked and completely empty with a FOR LEASE sign on the window. We couldn't get through by phone or find anything online saying they closed. One of my bridesmaids managed to get an email response from them with a poor excuse about an unexpected emergency causing them to have to close and hardly any apology. My bride is still raving about the service and her experience. She found her dress, after several appointments too, the owner and staff welcomed her each time and was very patient with her. I feel like this is what has helped me become more excited about the wedding. To see your bride jumping for joy! She is looking forward to the alterations experience and everything else TOO.
