My wife and I went to Baron Law, LLC on the recommendation of our financial advisor to discuss estate planning. During the first meeting Dan explained the pros and cons of a simple Will verses a Trust. We were able to have all our questions answered to our satisfaction. Prior to the second meeting, draft copies of all estate planning documents were electronically sent for us to review. This allowed us to be able to make changes prior to the second meeting. I was referred to Dan by a friend and financial advisor and used his services to prepare an amendment to my trust. Dan is extremely knowledgeable and gave very good advice on this matter and other legal documents in my estate. He gave me the rationale behind the recommended changes which will protect my assets and avoid probate. His west side office was a convenient option for me. As an added plus, his fee was very fair.
