They don't clean the outside its filthy nothing a little cheap pressure washing wouldnt fix.. The company seems sketchy. Nikki Peterson is very rude which I guess i should have known since she is law enforcement. Beware and be careful if you decide to risk doing business with this company.
Nikki was very helpful with the moving in process. She made things very easy and was able to work around my work schedule to show me my new apartment!
I am not usually one to write reviews but I felt that my experiences with Baron Holdings and especially their property management side, was necessary! Extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, great communication and answered any questions I had among many other things. I couldn't be happier with my rental and knowing I have reliable people to deal with. My sincere thanks to good people like Nikki.
HONEST, hardworking, and ethical company, which is unfortunately hard to find these days. Especially with Realtors. Their Property Manager has to put up with a lot of rude, entitled property owners, and obnoxious renters... With all the responsibilities that come with both, Nikki's team works seamlessly to manage and maintain our portfolio, and look out for our best interests and our properties 24/7 (and keeps us posted on new listings!).
