While the dental care was acceptable, their business practice is very deceptive. I had a previous visit and they were participating in my dental plan. I came for my 6 months previously scheduled appointment, had my exam and cleaning. Then at check out they decided was the time to say they no longer participated with my network so I got a bill that was $200 more than I expected. I had a really frustrating experience at Baron Dental. My family and I have been loyal customers for years, and the service has always been great. I had an appointment today at 2:40 PM, but they texted me to reschedule it to 3:00 PM. I explained that I couldn't make that time because I needed to pick up my kids. I even suggested we could reschedule if they couldn’t see me on time. They assured me they could, but when I arrived, I waited over 20 minutes and still wasn’t seen. Dr.Baron has sold this practice to another dentist and it is NOT the same. I showed up for an appointment and was informed the dentist was not there due to a religious holiday after I had driven 40 min and taken an antibiotic. Then I rescheduled and went back and was told I need a crown and when I asked the cost I was told he would email me the breakdown and I am still waiting a month later. Never going back after being with Dr Baron for 10 years
