We signed a lease for an office at the Keeline Building (Suite 237, they were using it as their hang out space), managed by Baron Commercial Real Estate. Despite never once stepping foot into the space or even picking up the keys, Baron charged us as if we were active tenants. Here’s what happened: • We never moved in.
