Horrible experience, wait to the end. Negotiation, on the Second Altima I was leasing from them. When I got there to get it it was triple the amount in the deposit. Bought a 2017 GLE 350 that need new tires ,before the signing they promised me they would order new tires for me.Never got them.when I call them they put me on hold then hung up. Stay away from the salesman named Bobby,he scared of his boss,he didn’t want to ask his boss for gas money.thinking I would take it without gas You cannot trust them make sure you got everything fixed before you sign any paperwork
Was due for inspection and found out the car totally failed inspection, everything you can think of was wrong with the car. I should of known better when I saw that the car had 5 owners in the past 5 years. That was a redflag.
