I don’t know who the couple people were complaining about re the staff. I’ve been seeing Dr Baron for over 20 years, and I’ve known the staff to be nothing but awesome! ( one gal was on the rude side, thankfully is no longer there.) Everyone else is great. And don’t get me started on Dr Baron. The longest I have waited in the outer waiting room is 10 minutes tops, usually 5-6. I have only waited the same amount of time after being taken back to a room. They are the rudest people. Who ever the creature is that is answering the phones obviously hates her job. Those people don't care about there patients and all they want is to take your family's money. If you get a referral for a doctor why do you have to schedule an appointment with another doctor first then see the doctor your supposed to see???
