The filet cut was great, but the seasoning was underwhelming. We got the food to go as we were traveling with our dog and were a little dismayed to find the steak and chicken sitting in broccoli-water. The broccoli got cold and the small amount of water cooled off the meats.
This is an update of my June 20, 2026 review. I had reported that a pork tenderloin entree had twice been served, and was twice tough and dry. Everything else we had ordered that evening was exquisitely prepared, and delicious- typical of Barolo cuisine. June 20, 2026 was our anniversary. We’d dined at Barolo’s 6 or 7 times previously, and based on past experience, thought it the best place to celebrate a special occasion within a 45 mile radius. As usual service was exceptional, thanks to Savannah. We started off with fried green tomatoes. Tasty and crunchy, perfectly seasoned.
