Very disappointed in Sam. Nice guy was $1,000 more than other quote but I gave him the job, trusted him. He did everything except for the jacuzzi tub surround, when it came to that part of the job, he couldn't do it. It cost me a lot of money to rip out the tub, then he had to come back to install floor tile in that area, left chipped tiles and a cracked tile that I didn't see until I washed/wet the floor.
