Unprofessional and lacking the empathy needed to deal with bankruptcy situations. She will take your money and not file everything she is supposed nor do everything she’s supposed to do. Now my family has to spend more money correcting her mistakes. Leaving us in a worse financial position than when we hired her. I recently took my grandmother to this law firm to learn more about filing for bankruptcy. We were greeted by Adam, who was very welcoming and professional. However, once we met with Ms.Baro it was a completely different shift in professionalism. She was rude, super invasive, and just overall not a nice person. I understand the need to be honest and forthcoming with information but this lady was downright rude from her demeanor to body language.
