Doug probably saved our lives! I brought my camp vehicle in to be inspected, right before heading back to Boston and jumping on a flight. Thankfully he found a serious issue where the wheel easily could have fallen off while driving back. Not only did he stop everything to inspect the vehicle (since we were in a rush), but he insisted we not drive it to Massachusetts, ordered the part immediately, swapped it out, and had us on our way within 45 minutes flat! Doug was recommended to us when we needed repairs while on vacation. Not only did he fit us in, but he took the time to communicate the issues, and finished the job in a very timely manner for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend l!
Doug was awesome. When calling to set up the appointment he was honest about the time frame he was booking into. Once getting to the garage he checked everything showed me a few issues I had with my vehicle (it wasn’t a big list) wrote them down so I wouldn’t forget. And said once those were taken care of to bring it back. Very nice and honest
