We had to have some work done at our facility today. Joshua and Blake came in and were very professional and courteous. They let us know what they were going to do every step of the way. Thank you guys!
Hunter came in and saved the day , it wouldve been a complete disaster today if Hunter wouldnt have been so ontop of things , he made sure to communicate with me throughout the process . Per their requirements we went through the process of setting up an account to get a quote. They sent a rep out, quoted openers, but wouldn't quote the gates nor recommend a general contractor. Just called with instructions from "Brian" with 3 phone numbers and say talk to these fencing companies that we work with and let us know if you want us to work with them to install a system on their gates. 🤨 I guess our budget of $120k wasn't worth thier time and effort so hired a GC who uses a gate company out of Rochester MN... The manager Brian refuses to discuss prices. Wont give a quote over the phone to have a gate arm replaced at a facility where I bent one because I didn’t own the machine. When I asked to just have a the bar installed on my own machine he said $1400 I told him I can get the arm from the manufacturer for $561 dollars. He said well we have to make money….. this is not a company I would want to do business with. With a mark il like that and them being locked into hush contracts seems a little questionable.
