Very disappointed with this company. I have been with the Barnstable for years & have never had a claim. Bought a rental property last year & ended up having our agent write the property with the Massachusetts Fair plan. I have 1 primary home with the Barnstable and 3 rentals + an umbrella policy. I sold my primary home in September and moved to my rental as my primary. I was paying $1800 dollars for coverage, the day after we moved into the house the coverage went up to $3400, then $3700 with a $5000 dollar deductible. The ... read more
