The website gives a toll free number for inquiries. However, when I called from NY, a recorded message comes on saying the number will not connect with out of area numbers! The site gives no email address that I can find, and no alternate phone number. I plan to be in the area this summer for a week at a pet friendly house. However, I hope to arrive a few days ahead of the rental, and will need accomodations for those days for my 2 dogs.
