What a wonderful transport back in time! I want to go back to just relax. Nothing beats Southern hospitality. The staff was wonderful, the premises were clean. I loved visiting the ruins and learning about the history of this 10,000 acre resort. I love history so this was AWESOME.
My husband and I got engaged at Barnsley back when they had a fairy godmother in 2014 and we had the most romantic time. They made sure to make it special. Every year since we have celebrated our anniversary there, enjoyed going to the Christmas wine tastings, and special occasion dinners on the property. Awesome getaway with 5* service and appointment of the cottages and other amenities! Must visit and stay three nights at a minimum!
