TLDR; almost zero communication and effort on a commercial building project. Had to find another commercial contractor due to almost no communication. I met with Ray Casias (Barnsley Construction) and Scott Anderson (architect they brought on) on July 18th, 2023 to discuss a commercial building project. All seemed well and I was told I would be receiving follow up communications/proposals/etc. After hearing nothing, I sent a follow up email on July 26th asking for an update.
