Best in their field. We have been doing business with Barnier for over 20-years. Their know how, professionalism and budget consciousness is second to none. If we only had one client left, I would want it to be Barnier. They are the best when it comes to quality and fiscal responsibility.
There are hundreds of General Contractors for metal buildings in the Houston area, don’t use these guys, find another! 27 months to finish their job after arguing and challenging the permit office about what they thought was “the right way”. The good ol boy way is long gone cowboy!
Satisfied! They quoted me a price and gave me a 3 month time frame to design and build. They met every deadline and got it built for less than what they quoted me.
Barnier came out and did some repairs on our building. They keptl their work site clean, the price wasnt the cheapest in town but they got the job done 3 days ahead of schedule and everything was hassle free. Will definately use them to build our new warehouse.
Just got done completing a year long project with mark and his team. Fantastic individuals who know what they are doing. Jeff, the project manager is always on top of his stuff. He did a great job keeping everything organized and made sure all subs were on schedule. Mark is very hands on which makes the project run a lot smoother and on time. Overall amazing experience
