Today, Barnhill had a crew working on Manassas Road paving. One of the flagman did something totally inappropriate. He asked me to roll down my window and said that he could help me get through if I would take a sticker off my car. I told him that was totally inappropriate for someone working for a company working for NCDOT. He said he was just kidding and that he had freedom of speech. I said I did too!
