I had an appointment and showed up on time. When I got there the receptionist was on the phone so I waited my turn. When she got off the phone I waited a few moments just in case she needed to finish something up. Still no greeting I said hello. Still nothing. A few minutes goes by and I say hello again and she says oh I didn't see you there then takes me to my room and says someone will be right with me. 45 minutes later I go back up to the desk, she is on the phone again.
