I had an appointment and showed up on time. When I got there the receptionist was on the phone so I waited my turn. When she got off the phone I waited a few moments just in case she needed to finish something up. Still no greeting I said hello. Still nothing. A few minutes goes by and I say hello again and she says oh I didn't see you there then takes me to my room and says someone will be right with me. 45 minutes later I go back up to the desk, she is on the phone again. Within the first 10 minutes of our initial appointment, it was obvious that Barnhart is the best local choice. Ryan Keele was so patient and thorough while helping us to better understand my mother's condition. She went from feeling anxious and uncertain to feeling calm and confident. If you have to drive a little farther or wait a little longer to get an appointment, do not hesitate. Finding an expert that you can trust like Ryan makes it all worthwhile.

As a person who was born with Spina bifida, it's hard for anybody to make me a decent leg brace and to get it right the first time without needing to to make adjustments. There's no other person who can make a better AFO Brace than Kris Nielsen. He always got it right the first time and I've never had to go back for adjustments. Thank you Kris and the rest of the Barnhart team and hopefully you'll stick around for awhile. :)
