Most car repairs are a blind item, but these guys won't do a repair if they believe it's a waste of my money. They showed me the problem and told why it shouldn't be fixed. They also gave me options that could save money. In one case they fixed the problem without charge because it was so small, quick and required no parts. They installed a different set of tires than I ordered and paid for. Feels like a "bait & switch" to me as they stuck me with tires I did not want. I would not recommend them nor ever go back there.
