Today, I contacted Barney’s of Brooksville to inquire about a Kawasaki KLX 140G. The bike is listed on their CycleTrader account at $3,344. I call and speak to a Sales Associate who identified herself as Heather. She tells me the bike is $3,699 plus set up, plus freight, plus taxes etc etc .. She tells me the out the door price is $4,600. She calls me later to tell me her boss will take $100 off. Unreal!! Was told over the phone that it only took a couple hours to change tires if I just brought the wheels in, no bike. I dropped them off noon Friday, was told they'd be done that afternoon and to pick them up before 5pm when they close. No call, no nothing. Saturday I called when they opened (9am) expecting to go get them, nope, now it's "we should be able to get to them before 5"! Still sitting where I left them at 4:30pm Saturday! Horrible!! Lied about price going up because of the bank and lied about Gap insurance. Gave them opportunity to make ammends. Crickets! Courts will destroy them . Go anywhere else!!
