They aren’t pleasant people at all
Husband went on Xmas eve to get me shoes. He gave them to me there is no way they will work. Husband took them back the lady (owner) said they couldn't take them back because they were dirty. Mind you the shoes were not even in a box just a plastic bag. I guess the dirty she was talking about was cat hair. I only tried on one shoe. Reading other reviews sounds like they don't money back they give you gift cards. Our child studies at St. Mary Catholic School in Crown Point, and we ordered two uniform skirts from this shop. We waited six months, but we never received the skirts. When we came to the store to report the issue, we requested a refund so we could buy new skirts for our daughter elsewhere. However, the shop owner refused to return our money and only offered a gift card, forcing us to purchase from their store even though we no longer wanted to.
